About

I'm Rosalinda Bingül Sardoğan, a photographer based in Istanbul. I graduated from the Photography Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and completed my master's degree in Fundamental Art and Design at the same institution. My work is shaped around the city, nature, identity, urban memory, animals and human relationships, focusing particularly on themes of nature, the city, and identity. 

Artistic Works:

*In 2004, preparations were made for the "Turkish-Japanese Friendship" exhibitions at the Topkapı Palace Museum and Archaeology Museum in Istanbul.

*In 2006, the play "Tombs of Atuan" was designed for the stage lighting of the Istanbul-ENKA Eşraf Denizhan Open Air Theater.

*In 2019, the artist Jian Jun Zhang's appearance increased in the exhibition "From Ink" at the Istanbul-Pera Museum.

*In 2019, he served as the cameraman and director of photography for the Istanbul film "Red Thread," which won second prize at the First Russian Film Festival in 2020.

*In 2020, during the pandemic and a period when people were confined to their homes, the Getty Museum and the Tussenkunstenquarantaine digital platform launched a project to conceptually recreate the artworks of renowned artists using everyday materials. His work received critical acclaim and was awarded a place on a digital billboard on a main street in Los Angeles by Standardvision.
